about

I’ve always wanted to sword fight. It was one of those things I loved in stories and history, but for years, it remained something I told myself I’d do someday. Eventually, I realized I didn’t want to keep waiting to do the things that genuinely excited me. I wanted to DO them.

The moment a blade was placed in my hand, something clicked. What started as a long-held curiosity quickly became a passion. I began my journey with the longsword, learning not only how to wield it, but how to understand the art, history, and discipline behind the weapon. Before long, I expanded my training to include dagger and wrestling, discovering how each discipline connected to and strengthened the others.

As my passion grew, so did my desire to understand the craft from every angle. I began photographing tournaments, spending time alongside fighters and working closely with trainers and instructors. Through those experiences, I’ve developed a deeper knowledge of historical fencing, training methods, competition, and the people who dedicate themselves to this incredible art.

What began as a childhood dream became something much more meaningful: a journey of learning, training, creating, and sharing a passion I finally decided to pursue.
